Project Overview
This Project is located near 40th St and the I10 freeway. It’s a 15,000 SF metal building with a heavy-duty concrete slab to be used as a contractor yard, Dealership, or Manufacturing Facility. The general contractor chose Oso Concrete for the concrete and site work. Oso Concrete was also involved in the renderings and features of this project. Grading and Layouts will start in 2022 and should be complete by Spring 2023
